What does it claim? 

Bio Papaya Visibly Flawless Skin Face Wash purifies, Deep cleanses, refines and illuminates skin, eliminates flakes, cleans pores, dissolves makeup and oil. Smoothes the way to a fresh polished glowing complexion.

How to use:

Massage on wet face and neck with fingertips, avoid eye area. Remove with water or damp washcloth  every morning and evening.

Packaging:

It comes in a tube packaging which has some graphics at the front and the ingredient list and the company's name manufacture date and other details are given at the back. I won't say that the packaging is very travel friendly since the Flip cap of the tube is very vulnerable and is prone to spillage.

My experience with the product: 

I have dry skin so when I heard about that the face wash is suitable for all skin types, I gave it a try. The most amazing thing about this face wash is that it has scrubbing particles or granules in them. As a result it works as a facewash as well as a scrubber. The particles or granules are very small and effective but still I would suggest that please don't rub too harshly your skin while washing your face with this face wash because the granules may be very small but it still can make a harsh effect on your skin if you rub it too much on your skin. This face wash cleans your skin very well and adds an instant glow to it though the glow is not very long lasting. Apart from this, the ingredients of this face wash are herbal and safe for your skin. This face wash can be rinsed off your skin without much wastage of water. It comes off easily and does not produce too much foam. So in a nutshell, we can say that this will really work great for those who are looking for an effective face wash within budget.

• A little amount is needed
• It cleanses your skin very well and adds a glow to it

Tips from my side:

If your skin is extraordinarily dry, try using a moisturiser or a light moisturiser after using any face wash, face scrub, face pack or peel off mask. It will really hydrate your skin.

Today I will be reviewing Keratin Natural Carrier Oil from Good Vibes and will let you guys know about its pros cons.
I bought the oil three and half months back and I think now it's time that I talk about it.

GOOD VIBES is a brand that offers you face care, body care and hair care range at a pocket friendly price which is good.They don't have any makeup products till now.

About The Product : GOOD VIBES has natural carrier oils in 12 variants!! Yes! You heard it right. Now that's something. They claim to be natural products and also cruelty and paraben free. They have every product with a wide range of variety and that impressed me much.


What Does It Claim?

• Keratin Oil makes hair stronger and treats from the inside out.
• Fights hair breakage.
• Helps tame frizz and flyways.

Shelf Life :  3 years.


Price :  225/- for 100 ml but you can get it at a cheaper rate for there are discounts available on Good Vibes products on every other day.

Ingredients :  Keratin oil, Almond oil, Jojoba oil, Coconut oil, Sesame oil, Perfume, Butylated Hydroxy Tolune, Approved Colour.

Texture : Oil like, Not a water based oil so it can give you a little heavy feeling if you use it more than required.

Colour : Yellow but in palms, it looks colourless 😅

How To Use : Blend 4-5 drops of any essential oil in a teaspoon of Keratin Carrier Oil and apply on the skin or hair. Keratin Carrier Oil can also be applied directly on the skin or hair.

Caution : They are natural ingredients and can irritate your eyes. Do a patch test before use.

Packaging :  The oil comes in a plastic bottle with a golden plastic cap. The bottle is quite hard and an extra cap is given which makes it spill proof as well as travel friendly. The front of the bottle has the brand name and the back of it has the other important details.

My Experience With The Product :  First of all I must say that I bought the oil for my hair only without knowing that the oil can be used as a body oil. The oil really tames down my frizz and my hair is super frizzy and dry. But the oil will give you a oily look so you really can't step out with this oil on. A little amount of oil is enough for hair, too much oil will make your head heavy. The thing that I don't like about this oil is the perfume of the oil. The perfume is nice but really strong and gave me headache. Another thing that I did not like about the oil is that it is not all in all a Keratin oil But a blend of many kind of oils which you can check in the ingredient list.

                                                            Since I have PCOD, My hair falls regularly at a certain amount so this oil could do nothing to that and I don't blame it for this. It can control dandruff to some extent. It did not help in hair breakage.

As a Body Oil : This oil will work fine as a body oil. A little amount will be needed. It is absorbed in the skin really fast leaving the skin moisturised, but ughhh!!!! the smell though.



Pros :

1. Tames down frizz.
2. Controls dandruff to some extent.
3. Can be used as a body oil.
4. A little amount is needed for both hair and body.
5. Fast absorbing in skin.

Cons :

1. Heavy perfume
2. Oily look
3. Not out and out a Keratin oil but a mixture of different oils.
4. Not available offline.
5. For me it does nothing to stop hair breakage.

Final Thoughts : The oil has nothing special in it. I would say the oil is good to be used as a carrier oil and body oil. As a hair oil, it is okay okay type. It can be used as a regular hair oil only to tame down frizzy hair without expecting anything else from it.

Will I Repurchase It?  

 No, I won't.

Today I am back with a sunscreen that will suit most skin types and will also work well without giving sweats 😀 So, let's get started with VLCC Matte Look Depigmentation SUNSCREN GEL CREME.

VLCC is not a new name in Beauty and Skincare industry. It is a drugstore brand and easily available in shops as well as on online. VLCC provides you with a wide range of beauty, wellness and personal care products. They also have wellness centres all over India.

About The Product

VLCC has almost 7 types of Sunscreen (with different SPF) to offer you apart from lotions and body lotions with SPF in them. So in short, there are too many to choose from. I stumbled upon this coincidentally and without much speculation I bought this and it worked for me quite well.

What Does It Claim?👇

• It claims itself to be more than a sunscreen with #MoreThanASunscreen            
• Blends easily
• Protects skin against premature ageing and tanning

Texture  

It does have a gel like texture, to be exact it is like heavy cremes. The gel has a nice tint in it which is supposed to hide the pigmentation making the skin even toned. I thought it will be transparent as it is a gel! I used to think that gels are entitled to be colourless and transparent 😑 Okay! My mistake🙏🙆

How To Use

Apply Liberally and evenly on the face and exposed body parts, 15-20 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply frequently for long duration sun exposure.

Packaging

The product comes in a plastic tube packaging and the tube is quite vulnerable. Even I received the tube with a dent in its body. The pack is mustard yellow coloured with orange flip cap along with teal blue and orange fonts over its body. Now all the VLCC sunscreen products have this similar packaging, so you will really need to go through the details to buy the one you want and sometimes you will be confused as all of them are doppelgangers of each other 😒

My Experience With the Product:

I had been using a sunscreen lotion from a different brand but I hate lotions for they give sweats, sweats and more sweats. So, I came upon this and randomly picked this one seeing, that it is a gel based formula. Now the product has a nice tint which will not give you a white cast on the face and will make your skin even toned to some extent. It has a nice fragrance which is great and it subsidies after its application.It has a matte formula in it but I did not felt any dryness due to this. It has SPF30 PA+++ UVA and UVB protection which has a moderate capacity to keep you safe from sun tan and sun burn. A pea size amount is enough to layer your skin, it gets absorbed really fast without giving you any heaviness which is great during summer. I like the product most for it will make you forget about sweating, it never gives me sweats. A little bit sweat is natural if you are out in sun but nothing more than that.           

                                            I really don't have pigmentation issues so I can't say whether the product is equally efficient in reducing pigmentation or not. It does give you a fresh and even toned look after application. I used it for a short time so I can't say if it reduces premature aging and tan. I will update the same here if I notice any changes regarding this particular claim. I did not find any tan or whatsoever with it after coming from sun.

1. Always use a sunscreen 10-15 mins before going out.
2. Use a sunscreen even if you are cooking before a burning oven for they also cause tans
3. Try to use a sunscreen with a SPF30 or more than that for best results.
4. Before reapplying sunscreen, try to clean your face as much as possible even if you are out to avoid clogged pores.
5. Use sunscreen over bare skin like neck, hands and feet. This is equally needed.
6. Lastly never forget to wash off the sunscreen before going to bed to avoid  break outs and again clogged pores.

 Packaging : The sheet mask comes in sachet like packaging in which the sheet mask lies folded and drenched entirely in serum. The packaging is attractive with beautiful eye catching graphics of its main ingredients at the front of the pack. The pack has a matte finish but the graphics got a glossy finish with ingredient lists and do's and dont's. It is a travel friendly packaging.

 My Experience With It : I am new to sheet masks. The mask was fully drenched in serum and the left over serum in the pack was kept in a glass bottle by me for further uses.The mask is very thin so be careful while unfolding it, you might end up tearing it😑 As soon as I applied it on my face, I felt a slap of cooling effect on my face and the smell of the serum is aloe like which will soothe your  nose and brain instantly. I did not feel any irritation or whatsoever during masking. The sheet was not fitting my face properly so I had to drag it after every 2 minutes over the corner of my nose, IDK  may be I did not put it properly as I am new to it.

                                                            I kept the mask on till it was fully dried and it took half an hour   to be dried entirely and fall off my face. I massaged my face little and saw that my face was looking squeaky clean and glowing. My face was also felt soft, supple, smooth and glowing. My face felt   heavier once the serum dried up but the feel was vanished after some time. Also the serum is absorbed in skin in seconds as I tried applying the left over serum on my hands.

About The Product: Kaya Everyday Cleansing Wipes contains 30 wipes in a pack. They are available in two variants------

o   Kaya refreshing Mattifying Wipes-Acne Free.

o   Kaya Everyday Cleansing Wipes-Everyday Essentials.

 Today I picked “Everyday Cleansing Wipes” to review.

Product Claim: Use Kaya wipes for a radiant and healthy skin. The gentle yet effective ingredients thoroughly cleanse your skin of all dirt, oil and makeup in one simple step leaving your skin clear and refreshed. Dermatologically safe.

Shelf Life: 2 years

 Packaging: The product comes in a plastic pack. The pack is quite sturdy and travel-friendly only if it’s not pressed too much under any heavy load.The details about the product, shelf life and other things are mentioned at the back side of the packet.

   Ingredient List: It claims to be infused with the goodness of Aloe Vera.Water (Aqua), Propylene Glycol, Dipropylene Glycol, Fragrance, Decyl Glucoside, Phenoxyethanol & Ethylhexyglycerin Phenoxyethanol & Triethanol Glycol, Glycerine, Polysorbate 20, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Disodium EDTA, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Chamomil Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Extract, Centaurea Cyanus Flower Extract, Tocopheryl Acetate, Lactic Acid (Yes!!!   Direction For Use:

·             Slowly peel front label

·             Pull out a wipe

·             Reseal front label

·             Open and unfold wipe

·            Thoroughly wipe face and neck

·            Discard wipe after single use

  Caution:  Do not store it in high temperature or direct sunlight to prevent  drying, Stop using in case of irritation, Do not flush the wipes,If  the product gets into your eyes, it can cause stinging, in such case rinse your thoroughly with clean water.

  My Take on the Product: I generally don’t use cleansing wipes but I thought to give it a try. I am quite impressed after using it. It will clean dirts from your face easily though not with a single stroke. You will feel refreshed, cleansed and moisturised after using it. I did not feel the need to use any cream or moisturisation after using the wipes though I have super dry skin. It gave me a nice cool sensation that would be awesome on summer days and it does not give any sticky feeling post using it, so no need to wash your face. The wipes contain mild sweet fragrance that would fade away after few seconds of its use. The wipes are not able to take off heavy makeup or water proof or liquid matte lipsticks so please don’t rub your skin again and again to do that, it will only leave your skin irritated. I feel the product is great for on the go. It will help you if you are in hurry to go at any place with a clear and fresh face.

                                             I tried to remove some of my makeup products with this wipe. While it easily cleaned normal foundation, kohl, eyeshadow and semi-matte lipsticks, it failed in removing liquid matte lipsticks completely. I also used a local liquid matte lipstick only to see how much effective this product can be. Local liquid lipsticks are generally very stubborn and does not come out easily. So ya! Let's look at the results-
