Hi, Beauties. I hope all of you are doing well and safe. Today We will discuss about a oil which is not only cheap and budget-friendly but also compatible with both our skin and hair. Today I will be reviewing Keratin Natural Carrier Oil from Good Vibes and will let you guys know about its pros cons.
I bought the oil three and half months back and I think now it's time that I talk about it.
About The Brand : GOOD VIBES is a brand that is particularly available on Purplle.com I don't think they are available other than here, If it does, let me know in the comment box below. GOOD VIBES is a brand that offers you face care, body care and hair care range at a pocket friendly price which is good.They don't have any makeup products till now.
About The Product : GOOD VIBES has natural carrier oils in 12 variants!! Yes! You heard it right. Now that's something. They claim to be natural products and also cruelty and paraben free. They have every product with a wide range of variety and that impressed me much.
What Does It Claim?
- Keratin Oil makes hair stronger and treats from the inside out.
- Fights hair breakage.
- Helps tame frizz and flyways.
Shelf Life : 3 years.
Price : 225/- for 100 ml but you can get it at a cheaper rate for there are discounts available on Good Vibes products on every other day.
Ingredients : Keratin oil, Almond oil, Jojoba oil, Coconut oil, Sesame oil, Perfume, Butylated Hydroxy Tolune, Approved Colour.
Texture : Oil like, Not a water based oil so it can give you a little heavy feeling if you use it more than required.
Colour : Yellow but in palms, it looks colourless 😅
How To Use : Blend 4-5 drops of any essential oil in a teaspoon of Keratin Carrier Oil and apply on the skin or hair. Keratin Carrier Oil can also be applied directly on the skin or hair.

Caution : They are natural ingredients and can irritate your eyes. Do a patch test before use.
Packaging : The oil comes in a plastic bottle with a golden plastic cap. The bottle is quite hard and an extra cap is given which makes it spill proof as well as travel friendly. The front of the bottle has the brand name and the back of it has the other important details.

My Experience With The Product : First of all I must say that I bought the oil for my hair only without knowing that the oil can be used as a body oil. The oil really tames down my frizz and my hair is super frizzy and dry. But the oil will give you a oily look so you really can't step out with this oil on. A little amount of oil is enough for hair, too much oil will make your head heavy. The thing that I don't like about this oil is the perfume of the oil. The perfume is nice but really strong and gave me headache. Another thing that I did not like about the oil is that it is not all in all a Keratin oil But a blend of many kind of oils which you can check in the ingredient list.
Since I have PCOD, My hair falls regularly at a certain amount so this oil could do nothing to that and I don't blame it for this. It can control dandruff to some extent. It did not help in hair breakage.
As a Body Oil : This oil will work fine as a body oil. A little amount will be needed. It is absorbed in the skin really fast leaving the skin moisturised, but ughhh!!!! the smell though.

- Controls dandruff to some extent.
- Can be used as a body oil.
- A little amount is needed for both hair and body.
- Fast absorbing in skin.
Cons :
- Heavy perfume
- Oily look
- Not out and out a Keratin oil but a mixture of different oils.
- Not available offline.
- For me it does nothing to stop hair breakage.
Final Thoughts : The oil has nothing special in it. I would say the oil is good to be used as a carrier oil and body oil. As a hair oil, it is okay okay type. It can be used as a regular hair oil only to tame down frizzy hair without expecting anything else from it.
